O R D I N A N C E S:
(1) 2nd Reading ? Property located at 3824 Steam Mill Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) zoning district to RO
(Residential Office) zoning district. (26-CA-10-Broadwater) (Councilor
McDaniel) The proposed use is for Club/Lodge Membership Facility and Non-Profit
Scholarship Office. The Planning Advisory Commission recommend conditional
approval and the Planning Department recommend conditional approval.

(2) 2nd Reading ? Property located at Northwest corner of Veterans Parkway &
Williams Road/East side of Veterans Parkway, North of Moon Road is proposed for
rezoning from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1)/ GC (General Commercial)/ PMUD
(Planned Mixed Unit Development) zoning district. (28-CA-10-Woodruff Co.)
(Councilor McDaniel) The proposed use is for commercial retail, office,
restaurant, and multi-family residential & single family residential. The
Planning Advisory Commission recommends conditional approval and the Planning
Department recommends conditional approval. (Approved)
(3) 1st Reading ? Text amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance to
create a new permitted use and definition: Office, Unclassified. (29-A-10-
Department Planning) (Councilor Henderson) The amendment will permit offices
not classified as Office, Business and Professional; Office, Medical and
Dental; and Offices, Veterinary; or any other office specifically listed in the
UDO, in the RO, CO, GC, LMI, or HMI zoning districts. The Planning Advisory
Commission and the Planning Department recommend approval as submitted.
R E S O L U T I O N S:
(4) A Resolution authorizing a temporary suspension of Condition No. 8 of
Ordinance 99-15 to allow development to proceed, subject to new rezoning, for a
proposed apartment development at 2475 Williams Rd. (Councilor McDaniel)

the Columbus Police Department/Support Services after 33 years of service.
