An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 08-63, Administration of
Comprehensive Plan, by adding a sentence to Subsection 2 of Section 1; and for
other purposes.

THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY ORDAINS:
SECTION 1.
Ordinance No. 08-63 is hereby amended by adding a sentence to Subsection 2 of
Section 1 so that the revised Subsection 2 reads as follows:
?2. Any modifications of the Plan by the Council shall be considered an
amendment to this ordinance and require a public hearing before the Council. A
rezoning or zoning decision by Columbus Council which modifies provisions of
the Plan shall be considered an amendment to said Plan.?
SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia held on the
9th day of February, 2010, introduced a second time at a regular meeting of
