Attitude of Property Owners: Twenty-four (24) property owners within 300 feet were

notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department has received not

received any inquiries about the rezoning request.



Additional Information: The applicant is requesting to rezone property at 4400 Beallwood

Avenue from Neighborhood Commercial to General Commercial. Subsequent to the

rezoning request, the applicant has made application for a Special Exception

Use to allow a car dealership on 1 acre of property at the aforementioned

address. The applicant will continue to have the auto repair service as the

primary business on the property with the occasional sell of automobiles.
