Description Have the staff to research the concerns expressed by Mr. Robert
Moore during the March 23, 2010 Council meeting regarding Number 13, which is
the old slave cemetery on the Black Heritage Trail, as to who is responsible
for the upkeep of the cemetery and why are there no markers at the site of the
cemetery and who owns the piece of property that the cemetery is located on.
