AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government

of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district

located at 3515 Macon Road from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District to GC

(General Commercial) District.



THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:



That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department

of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by

changing the following described property from NC (Neighborhood Commercial)

District to GC (General Commercial) District:



All that lot, tract and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of

Georgia, County of Muscogee, and City of Columbus, and being in Land Lot 30 of

the 8th District of said county, and being known and designated as All of Lot

2B, as said lot is shown upon a map or plat entitled ?Plat for William E.

South?, prepared by Moon, Meeks, & Patrick, Inc., dated October 17, 1972, and

recorded in Plat Book 52, Page 121, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, to which reference is made for the particular

dimensions of the property herein conveyed.

held on the 8th day of May, 2007; introduced a second time at a regular meeting

of said Council held on the day of , 2007 and adopted at said

meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
