An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 3803 Macon Road from RO (Residential-Office) District to NC
(Neighborhood Commercial) District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the
Department of Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby
amended by changing the following described property from RO
(Residential-Office) District to NC (Neighborhood Commercial) District:
All that lot, tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the State of
Georgia, County of Muscogee, and City of Columbus, and being known and
designated as Lot Numbered Six (6), in Block Lettered ?B?, PROPERTY OF MR. OWEN
D. EDGE, PART OF BLOCK ?H?, EDGEWOOD, according to the plat of said subdivision
made by Moon, Meeks, & Associates, Civil Engineers, dated October 7, 1966, and
revised March 7, 1972, and recorded in Plat Book 51, Folio 35, in the Office of
the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, to which reference
is made for a more particular description and location of said lots.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia
held on the 12th day of December, 2006; introduced a second time at a regular
meeting of said Council held on the day of ,
2006 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of
said Council.
