Received call from Ms. Dorsey from Enrichment Services to confirm their
donation for Ramp Project; Needed additional information to complete process. Forwarded
information request to Ramp Committee members for verification and assistance. Mr. Vinson
will forward information to our office. Corresponded with Mr. Vinson on
invoice, etc.
Sent out MCPD General meeting notification to contact list.
Spoke with Diane Thrasher (hearing impaired single parent) needing resource
list for housing. Gave Ms. Thrasher information on housing and shelter list.
Received call from Ralph Sanders asking for a return call. 706-604-3277 Attempted to return
Mr. Sanders? call; No answer and no voicemail.
Attended Mayor?s Committee meeting. Will make reservation for upcoming event (plaza) and
email updates, contacts to members.
Received call from Felicia Bennett requesting information for ramp. Gave Ms. Bennett
Connie Freier?s contact information for building ramp.
Office visit by Government Annex employee Tegrin Averett (Weatherization
Program) to introduce services they offer to the elderly and disabled.
Corresponded with City Employees concerning volunteering for ramp projects. Forwarded
information and gave contact information for Project leader, Connie Freier.
