Property Maintenance Inspector inspected the property and found the structure

to be vandalized, made photographs of the property, and wrote up ?Inspector?s

Condemnation Report?.

Attorney for owner advised that the property was leased, and sub-leased to a

company now in bankruptcy. The owner does not have the authority to do

anything on the property because of environmental issues.



Attorney advised owner planned to repair building.



Permits to repair purchased.



Repairs nearly complete, work ceased.



Advised attorney to keep plate glass windows boarded up and building secured.

(This was done several times over the past two years.)



No further progress toward completion of repairs. Building shows signs of

neglect and deterioration again. Attorney advises that owner does not have

plans for the building.
