Memorial Middle School (6-8), which has 715 students (capacity: 650). High

school age students would attend Northside High School, which has 1,595

students (capacity: 1,573).



Buffer Requiremnts

The proposed development may not be required to meet the buffering standards

due to the immediate property being zoned as single family residential.



Attitude of Property Owners: Forty-seven (47) property owners within 300 feet were

notified of the rezoning request. The Planning Department has received one

opposition comment to the rezoning request.
