APPLICATION
Request to amend the text of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) to amend
typos and minor errors in various chapters. The various changes are: 1) adding
language regarding the jurisdiction of the BHAR that was ommitted from the
original ordinance when the UDO was created; 2) clarifying language as it
relates to state guidelines regarding definition of a subdivision (non-sewer);
3) adding permitted uses under the TECH zoning district to reflect the
definition of said zoning district; and 4) adding club or lodge as a permitted
use in the RO and GC zoning districts.
PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT
PLANNING ADVISORY COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Advisory Commission (PAC) considered this text amendment at their
meeting on May 5, 2010. The PAC recommended approval.
PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Department recommends approval.
