Thank you for your help. My only question is for updated figures on the cost

of implementing phase 2 of the pay reform. I understand that we would not be

able to implement for several weeks if approved.

Good Morning Sheriff,

After discussion with the City Manager, we have identified a funding source for

the purchase of a replacement vehicle for Major Massey and are okay with the

reclassification for Johnnie Ellerbee as long as its covered within your

budget. However, you will need Council?s approval for the reclassification.

Council can add the reclassification to the mid-year budget amendment that will

be presented on 1/23/18. The City Manager has requested Lisa Goodwin?s

assistance in regards to your storage issue. She will try to locate space for

those items currently stored at River Mill. We now have to follow the

procurement process since you are no longer using forfeiture funds and because

it?s more than $10,000. Will you please advise what items are currently being

stored at River Mill? This will help Lisa find adequate space.

Lastly, we are placing you on the City Manager?s agenda for the 1/23/18 council

meeting as requested to discuss phase 2 of pay reform.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Hello all,

I would like to go before council on January 23, 2018 to request the second

step pay reform. I know Ms Hollowell has been working on information from the

HR side and I understand Ms Alexander has provided information from the Finance

side. Please let me know if this will be possible.

Thank you each for your help.
