 (2) 2nd Reading - An ordinance adopting non-operating budgets for the Fiscal    
 Year 2012 beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012 for certain funds of    
 the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia, and appropriating the amounts

 (3) 2nd Reading ? An ordinance providing for contributions to the Columbus,    
 Georgia General Government Employees? Pension Plan for the fiscal year    
 beginning July 1, 2011 and amending the General Government Pension Plan by    
 confirming the percentage of the member?s average monthly earnings of two    
 percent in determining the amount of normal retirement pension; and for other

 (4) 2nd Reading - An Ordinance providing for the supplemental contributions to    
 the Columbus, Georgia Pension Plan for Employees of the Department of Public    
 Safety for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 and amending the Public    
 Safety Pension Plan by confirming the percentage of the member?s average    
 monthly earnings of two percent in determining the amount of normal retirement

 Disability Income Plan for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011; and for

 (7) 2nd Reading ? An ordinance amending Article VII of Chapter 13 of the    
 Columbus Code Solid Waste Collection and Disposal by changing the guidelines    
 for an offset to the residential rate for low-income households; and for other

 (8) 1st Reading ? An Ordinance providing for the establishment of taxing    
 districts, including a county-wide general services district and three (3)    
 urban services districts and three (3) Business Improvement districts (BID);    
 providing for the levy, assessment, and collection of taxes for Columbus,    
 Georgia within such districts for the calendar year 2011 as provided under the    
 Charter of the Consolidated Government of Columbus, Georgia; providing    
 penalties for violations of the provisions of said ordinance; and for other

 (9) 1st Reading - An Ordinance providing for the levy, assessment, and    
 collection of taxes for the public school system of Columbus, Georgia; and for

 (10) 1st Reading ? An Ordinance amending certain sections of the Columbus Code    
 and changing miscellaneous fees for Inspections & Codes, Planning, and Parks &    
 Recreation Departments that were recommended by the Council Budget Review

 R E S O L U T I O N S:           
 (11) The General Assembly of the State of Georgia has enacted legislation    
 authorizing each county and municipality operating a public safety answering    
 point to impose a prepaid wireless 9-1-1 charge.  (Budget Review Committee)

 (12)	Authorizing 911 charges of $1.50 per billable telephone per month,    
 upon each telephone service subscribed to by telephone subscribers whose    
 exchange access lines are in the areas served or which would be served by the
