AN ORDINANCE

An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government
of Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located south of Autumnleaf Drive from SFR1 (Single Family Residential 1) and
SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Districts to CO (Commercial-Office)
District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Division of the Department of
Community and Economic Development be, and the same is hereby amended by
changing the following described property from SFR1 (Single Family Residential
1) and SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) Districts to CO (Commercial-Office)
District:
Beginning at an iron stake located at the intersection of Land Lots 63, 64, 77,
and 78, and running thence South 88 degrees 55 minutes 05 seconds West a
distance of 295.65 feet to an iron stake; thence running North 13 degrees 09
minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 87.52 feet to an iron stake; thence
running North 54 degrees 25 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 660.23 feet
to an iron stake; thence running South 33 degrees 09 minutes 10 seconds East a
distance of 220.35 feet to an iron stake; thence running South 35 degrees 21
minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 130.10 feet to an iron stake; thence
running South 33 degrees 10 minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 60.0 feet to
an iron stake; thence running North 56 degrees 49 minutes 21 seconds East a
distance of 30.0 feet to an iron stake; thence running South 33 degrees 10
minutes 39 seconds East a distance of 140.0 feet to an iron stake; thence
running South 56 degrees 49 minutes 21 seconds West a distance of 279.34 feet
to an iron stake; thence running North 67 degrees 41 minutes 32 seconds West a
distance of 343.07 feet to an iron stake that marks the point of beginning.
