TO THE CITY ATTORNEY:
REGULATIONS ON MOPEDS:
Have the staff to research the Code of Ordinances and determine if we have
any ordinances already in place that would regulate individuals who ride mopeds
or motorized motorbikes. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
ITEMS OF CONCERNS:
Have the staff to make a presentation at the Council?s next Work session
to address those concerns and telephone calls that he has received, that deals
with various issues, primarily illegal parking of different types of vehicles
in front of residences, as well as junked items being stored in driveways and
the front yards; in order to inform and educate the public of those items and
to highlight the boundaries of what people can and can?t do in their yards,
public streets, etc. (Request of Councilor Davis)

HOUSE ON PLANTATION ROAD:
Have the staff to send to the media the history of the house that is
located on Plantation Road that we have been having problems with during the
last several years. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
WAL-MART STORE ON BUENA VISTA ROAD:
Have the staff to check and see what?s the status of the renovations of the
Wal-mart store on Buena Vista Road and determine the timeframe for completion.
Also, make contact with Mr. Ben Billings as it relates to finding a location
for a Wal-mart store in South Columbus. (Request of Councilor Suber)
