An Ordinance amending the Zoning Atlas of the Consolidated Government of
Columbus, Georgia; this amendment changes certain boundaries of a district
located at 906 Amber Drive from NC (Neighborhood Commercial) Zoning District to
GC (General Commercial) Zoning District.
THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY ORDAINS:
That the Zoning Atlas on file with the Planning Department is hereby
amended by changing the aforementioned property from NC (Neighborhood
Commercial) Zoning District to GC (General Commercial) Zoning District:
ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 20, 9TH DISTRICT,
MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A CONCRETE MONUMENT FOUND AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE
EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF AMBER DRIVE (R/W VARIES) AND THE NORTHERLY

AN X CUT IN THE CONCRETE SIDEWALK ALONG AMBER DRIVE; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG

SET; THENCE LEAVING SAID RIGHT OF WAY S 86?30'20" E A DISTANCE OF 176.95' TO A

MONUMENT FOUND; THENCE CONTINUING ALONG THE AFORESAID RIGHT OF WAY N 68?

TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above-described property is being rezoned subject to the following
condition:
Smoke and noise disclosure statements shall be included in any real estate
documents.
