A Resolution making a change in the Council Meeting Schedule for the
months of November/ December 2015.
WHEREAS, regular Council meetings shall commence at the time or times as
set forth in the rules of procedures by the Council of Columbus, Georgia; and,
WHEREAS, the Council desires to make a change in its regular meeting
schedule; keeping the regularly scheduled meeting on November 10, and changing
the November 24, 2015 meeting to November 17, 2015; and keeping the December 8
regularly scheduled meeting and changing the December 22nd meeting to December
15th, and cancelling the December 29, 2015 meeting; and,
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 3-103 of the Charter, the Council may,
by a majority vote of the Council at least seven days prior to the meeting
cancel a regularly scheduled meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA HEREBY RESOLVES:
That the scheduled for the November/ December meetings of the Council of
Columbus, Georgia shall be held as followed: November 10, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
November 17, 2015 at 5:30 p.m., December 8, 2015 at 9:00 a.m., December 15,
2015 at 5:30 p.m. and the December 29, 2015 is hereby cancelled.

Introduced and read at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus,
Georgia held on the 27th day of October 2015 and adopted at said meeting by the
affirmative vote of members of said Council.
