TO THE CITY ATTORNEY:
RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCES:
Have the staff to prepare a resolution from the Council to the City
Council of
Kirkwood, Missouri expressing our condolences where there were members of
their City Council, as well as other City employees killed. (Request of
Councilor Anthony)

TO THE CITY MANAGER:
PROPOSED LOCAL OPTION SALES TAX (LOST):
Have the staff to work on providing information for the proposed LOST and
let?s run this information on CCG-TV to educate the public on this proposed
referendum. (Request of Councilor Woodson)
Let?s make sure we run some advertisement in the newspaper announcing the
public hearings that will be held regarding this proposed referendum. (Request
of Councilor Davis)
Have the staff to contact the South Columbus Concerned Citizens group and
Rev. Joseph Robertson?s church to schedule a meeting with both of those
groups. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

SOUTH COLUMBUS POLICE PRECINCT:
Have the staff to look at providing better signage for the South Columbus
Police Precinct in the Baker Village area. (Request of Councilor Woodson)

RAMSEY ROAD:
Have the staff to get the Inspections & Code Enforcement Division to
follow-up on the rental property located at 2842 Ramsey Road to make sure they
have removed the tree that fell down. (Request of Councilor Anthony)

JEANNIE STREET:
Have the staff to advise the citizens in the Oakland Park area as to
whether or not there will be road surfacing on the other portion of that road.
