rezone approximately 3.3 acres of property located at the northwest side of

Arkansas Drive, the northwest corner of Arkansas Drive and Anglin Road, and

the southwest corner of Claymore Road and Anglin Road from an R-1A District to

an R-4 District. (Recommended for conditional approval by both the Planning
