for conditional approval by both the Planning Advisory Commission and the

approximately 1.388 acres of property located at 1569-A Alta Vista Drive from

This new zoning application filed by Mr. David Cummings was originally

advertised for public hearing on April 29, 2003. The applicant has advised

the Planning Division that he is unable to attend today and therefore, the

public hearing, with the consent of the Columbus Council, shall be continued

on May 13, 2003 and a new advertisement has been made by the Planning

Division. If anyone is present to speak for or against this petition today,

they may be heard.)
