Pope Road, bordering the east property line of Garrett Creek Subdivision

(northern portion of the Miller Tract) from an A-1 District to a M-1

District. (Recommended for conditional approval by both the Planning

(5) ZONING PUBLIC HEARING: First reading of an ordinance to rezone

approximately 175.17 acres of property located on the north side of Macon

Road, 3950 feet west of Midland Road (souther portion of the Miller Tract)

from an M-1 District with conditions to a M-1 District with amended

conditions. (Recommended for conditional approval by both the

Planning Advisory Commission and the Planning Division.)
