Subject: (ZC0211-3) Request to rezone property located at 6930 Buena Vista Road
In November 2002, an application was submitted by Kenneth Blackmon to rezone
the above property from C-3 (General Commercial) District to R-1A (Low Density
Residential) District as outlined in the attached report. Nine (9) property
owners within 300 feet were notified of the rezoning request. The Planning
Division did not receive any comments concerning this rezoning request.
The Planning Advisory Commission recommends approval based upon the fact that
it is consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, it is compatible with existing
land-uses, and it does not constitute spot zoning.

a) Site must conform to current requirements for R-1A (LOW DENSITY
