A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO STUBBEN COURT AND THE PORTION OF STIRRUP LANE
LOCATED IN BRIDLEWOOD NORTH ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Stubben Court and the portion of Stirrup Lane located in Bridlewood North a
full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets for acceptance by the City, and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 1st day of July, 2004 conveying to Columbus,
Georgia all of Stubben Court and the portion of Stirrup Lane located in
Bridlewood North, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is
hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed
is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
