A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THE CUL-DE-SAC AT THE NORTHERN TERMINUS OF WILLIAMS
HILL ROAD, 0.171 ACRES, LOCATED IN GREEN ISLAND HILLS ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,
GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying the cul-de-sac at the
northern terminus of Williams Hill Road, 0.171 acres, located in Green Island
Hills , a full description of said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said cul-de-sac has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said cul-de-sac and
recommends acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 16th day of March, 2005, conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of the
cul-de-sac at the northern terminus of Williams Hill Road located in Green
Island Hills, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is
hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto
attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
