A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER AT 5103 BUENA VISTA ROAD. whereas, Carl Dickerson has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to

operate a day care center at the above address; and,
whereas, a day care center is a permitted use solely as a Special Exception Use under

the current R-3 (Medium Density Residential) District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use for a day care center be granted for the property

located at 5103 Buena Vista Road.
