A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED FROM COLUMBUS CONSOLIDATED

GOVERNMENT TO ADAMS PROPERTIES OF COLUMBUS, INC. FOR .090 ACRES IDENTIFIED AS

"PARCEL A" LOCATED IN COMMERCIAL COURT. whereas, Parcel A was originally part of a permanent cul-de-sac; and,
whereas, since Commercial Court has been extended, the City has no further use for this

parcel; and,
WHEREAS, an easement will be provided for all existing and unknown utilities;

and,

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has checked said parcel and approves the

acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to declare surplus .090 acre

parcel known as "Parcel A" located in Commercial Court and execute a Quit Claim

Deed to Adams Properties of Columbus, Inc.
