A Resolution Authorizing A DEED TO CROSSWINDS DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF WINDWARD DRIVE IN SECTION ONE,
CROSSWINDS SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia, has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Crosswinds Drive and that portion of Windward Drive, said streets being in
Section One, Crosswinds Subdivision; a full description of said property being
shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia, has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City, and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the _26th_ day of _August, 2003_, conveying to
Columbus, Georgia, Crosswinds Drive and that portion of Windward Drive, Section
One, Crosswinds Subdivision, and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of
Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in
the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A
copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
Resolution
