A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF SANDY VIEW DRIVE, THAT PORTION OF
SANDY OAK DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF OMEGA DRIVE LOCATED IN ADDITION SIX,
ROOSEVELT HEIGHTS ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to portion of Sandy View
Drive, portion of Sandy Oak Drive and portion of Omega Drive located in
Addition Six, Roosevelt Heights, a full description of said property shown in
said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated the 8th
day of February, 2005, conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of that portion of
Sandy View Drive, that portion of Sandy Oak Drive and that portion of Omega
Drive located in Addition Six, Roosevelt Heights, be and the same is hereby
accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded
in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A
copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
Resolution.
