A Resolution Authorizing THE ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF VICTORY CROSING

SENIOR APARTMENTS. whereas, the proposed development to be known as Victory Crossing Senior Apartments, an

affordable residential elderly community to consist of 96 units; and,
whereas, the project is to be developed on property located at North Lumpkin Road,

Columbus, Georgia, 31903; and,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the Council hereby supports the proposed development to be known as Victory Crossing Senior Apartments.
