A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEED TO THE 4.0 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, DETENTION BASIN AND

NATURE AREA LOCATED IN SUGAR MILL SUBDIVISION. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia the

4.0 acre, more or less, detention basin and nature area located in Sugar Mill

Subdivision.
whereas, said detention basin and nature area has been approved and meets the required

specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

detention basin and nature area and recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 22nd day of August, 2003, conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, all of the 4.0 acre, more or less, detention basin and nature area

located in Sugar Mill Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The

Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed

records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Georgia.
