A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO STREATOR DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION THREE, MT. VERNON

ESTATES ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,

Streator Drive located in Section Three, Mt. Vernon Estates, a full description

of said street being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been completed and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

street for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 16th day of December 2003, conveying to

Columbus, Georgia, all of Streator Drive, located in Section Three, Mt. Vernon

Estates be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby

authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the

Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is

hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the ___23rd____ day of _December_____ and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of  _____________ members of said Council.
