A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO QUAIL CREEK DRIVE, LOCATED IN SECTION TWO, QUAIL
CREEK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA whereas, Columbus Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Quail Creek Drive, located in Section Two, Quail Creek, a full description of
said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends
acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 13th day of May 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Quail Creek Drive, located in Section Two, Quail Creek, be and
the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have
said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and
by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
