A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO WRENWOOD DRIVE, WREN CREEK DRIVE AND SPARROW COURT

LOCATED IN WRENWOOD ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Wrenwood Drive, Wren

Creek Drive and Sparrow Court located in Wrenwood, a full description of said

property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends

acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue a certain deed dated the

22nd day of February, 2005, conveying all of Wrenwood Drive, Wren Creek Drive

and Sparrow Court located in Wrenwood, be and the same is hereby accepted. The

Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office

of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said

deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
