A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO AN EXTENSION OF CREEKLAND DRIVE AND DETENTION POND
LOCATED IN SECTIONS FOUR AND FIVE, BIG CREEK SUBDIVISION LYING IN LAND LOT 61,
8TH DISTRICT ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia, an
extension of Creekland Drive and detention pond Sections Four and Five, Big
Creek Subdivision lying in Land Lot 61, 8th District; and
whereas, said street and detention pond have been improved and meet the required
specifications; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street and detention pond and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 15th day of July, 2003, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia extension of Creekland Drive and detention pond located in Sections
Four and Five, Big Creek Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The
Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed
Records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee Count,
Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a
part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the _________ day of _____________ and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _____________ members of said Council.
