A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF BUNKER RIDGE LANE LOCATED IN
SECTION SIX - ADDITION, BUNKER RIDGE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Bunker
Ridge Lane located in Section Six - Addition, Bunker Ridge, a full description
of said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends
acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 7th day of June, 2005, conveying all of that portion of Bunker Ridge Lane
located in Section Six - Addition, Bunker Ridge, be and the same is hereby
accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded
in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A
copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
resolution.
