A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF SONOMA POINTE DRIVE LOCATED IN
SECTION THREE, SONOMA POINTE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Sonoma
Pointe Drive located in Section Three, Sonoma Pointe, a full description of
said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends
acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 12th day of July, 2005, conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of that portion
of Sonoma Pointe located in Section Three, Sonoma Pointe, be and the same is
hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed
recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus,
Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a
part of this resolution.
