A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO OPERATE A DAY CARE CENTER AT 2100 HILTON AVENUE AND 2500
WOODCREST DRIVE. whereas, St. Thomas Episcopal Church has appropriately applied for a Special Exception
Use to operate a day care center at the above addresses; and,
whereas, a day care center is a permitted use solely as a Special Exception Use under
the current R-3 (Medium Density Residential) District.
That a Special Exception Use for a day care center be granted for the
properties located at 2100 Hilton Avenue and 2500 Woodcrest Drive.
