A Resolution Authorizing a Special Exception to operate a church in excess of 250 seats at 4078 Milgen

Road whereas, Christ Community Church has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use

to construct a church in excess of 250 seats on the subject property; and,
whereas, churches in excess of 250 seats are permitted solely as a Special Exception Use

under the current SFR2 (Single Family Residential 2) District; and,


WHEREAS, the Planning Division has reviewed the request and recommends

approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7.B have been met and that a Special

Exception Use for a church in excess of 250 seats be granted for the property

at 4078 Milgen Road.
