A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO MIDLAND WOODS COURT, THAT PORTION OF MIDLAND WOODS
DRIVE AND THAT PORTION OF COLLINWOOD DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION FIVE, BLACKBURN
RIDGE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Midland Woods Court,
that portion of Midland Woods Drive and that portion of Collinwood Drive
located in Section Five, Blackburn Ridge, a full description of said property
shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and met the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 7th day of April, 2005, conveying to
Columbus, Georgia all of Midland Woods Court, that portion of Midland Woods
Drive and that portion of Collinwood Drive located in Section Five, Blackburn
Ridge, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and
by this reference made a part of this resolution.
