A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO HARCO DRIVE AND THE DETENTION POND LOCATED IN
BELLHAVEN SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Harco Drive and the Detention Pond, as described on Final Plat of Bellhaven
Subdivision; and,
whereas, said street and detention pond have been improved and meets the required
specifications for acceptance by the City; and
WHEREAS, The Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street and the detention pond for acceptance by the City; and recommends
acceptance of same.
THAT certain deed dated the 29th day of August 2003, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Harco Drive and the detention pond, located in Bellhaven
Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the
Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed
is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
