A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ALLOW A DAYCARE CENTER AND PRIVATE SCHOOL AT 6036
BUENA VISTA ROAD whereas, The applicant has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to allow a
daycare center and private school at the above location;
whereas, a daycare center and private school are permitted as a special exception use
under the SFR4 (Single Family Residential-4) zoning district; and
WHEREAS, the special exception use is compatible with other uses
permitted in the zoning district and complies with the objective criteria that
is applicable to the specific use proposed
That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7 (B) have been substantially met and
that a Special Exception Use to allow a daycare center and private school is
granted for the property located 6036 Buena Vista Road
