A Resolution Authorizing THE ABANDONMENT OF A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE REAR

PROPERTY LINE OF 6817 CREEKVIEW COURT, LOT 6, CREEKSIDE OF GREEN ISLAND,

COLUMBUS, MUSCOGEE COUNTY, GEORGIA, TO LELAND D. DAVIS AND MARGOT G. DAVIS. whereas, all public utilities have sent written confirmation relinquishing their rights

to the drainage and utility easement as marked on Attachment A, and as

described in the quit claim deed, and;
whereas, Columbus, Georgia, has no other use for aforementioned easement;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manger is hereby authorized to abandon the drainage and utility

easement shown on Attachment A and described in Quit Claim Deed located Lot 6,

Creekside of Green Island, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, be relinquished

to Leland D. Davis and Margot G. Davis.
