A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ERECT A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR
WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 555 Whittlesey
Boulevard. whereas, Verizon Wireless has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to
erect a 124-foot wireless communications facility (tower) for wireless
communications service on the property described above; and,
whereas, wireless communication towers are permitted solely as a Special Exception Use
under the current GC (General Commercial) zoning district; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Division has reviewed the request and finds that the
criteria of Section 3.2.72 of the Unified Development Ordinance for approval
of a Special Exception Use have been properly met.

That all the criteria of Section 3.2.72 of the Unified Development Ordinance
have been properly met and a Special Exception Use to erect a 124-foot wireless
communication tower for wireless communications service is granted for the
property located at 555 Whittlesey Boulevard.
