A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION Use to transfer ownership of leasehold interest and
improvements attached to an existing wireless communications facility at 1625
North Industrial boulevard whereas, , transmission towers for communication towers are permitted solely as a
Special Exception Use under the current M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zoning
district; and
whereas, Global Signal Services, Incorporated has appropriately applied for a Special
Exception Use to transfer ownership of leasehold interest and improvements
attached to an existing 200-foot wireless communications facility (tower) at
1625 North Industrial Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Division has reviewed the request and finds that
the criteria of Section 22-26.2(7.D) for approval of a Special Exception Use
have been properly met.
That all the criteria of Section 22-26.2(7.D) have been substantially met and
that a Special Exception Use for authorization to transfer ownership of
leasehold interest and improvements for wireless communications service is
granted for the property located at 1625 North Industrial Boulevard.
