A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW AN ADDITION TO A CHURCH AT 1002 6TH AVENUE. whereas, St. James AME Church has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to

allow an addition to a church at the above location; and,
whereas, a church and its accessory uses is a permitted use under the current M-1 (Light

Manufacturing) District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use allowing an addition to a church be granted for the property located at 1002 6th Avenue.


Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the day of and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
