A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF BENTLEY DRIVE AND GRAND LANE,
LOCATED IN PHASE TWO, CEDAR POINTE SUBDIVISION, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, a deed has been submitted conveying to Columbus, Georgia, that portion of
Bentley Drive and Grand Lane, located in Phase Two, Cedar Pointe Subdivision; a
full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the _1st_ day of _July, 2003_, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of that portion of Bentley Drive and Grand Lane located in Phase
Two, Cedar Pointe Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk
of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records
in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of
this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the _1st_ day of __July, 2003__ and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _____________ members of said Council.
