A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO TURNBERRY LANE AND WAILEA COURT LOCATED IN SECTION
"L" - PHASE II, MAPLE RIDGE GOLF COMMUNITY ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Turnberry Lane and Wailea Court located in Section "L" - Phase II, Maple Ridge
Golf Community, a full description of said streets being shown in said deed;
and
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets for acceptance by the City; and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 11th day of July 2003, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Turnberry Lane and Wailea Court, located in Section "L" - Phase
II, Maple Ridge Golf Community, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk
of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records
in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia.
A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of
this Resolution.
