A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO MOBLEY WALK DRIVE, MOBLEY WALK COURT AND THE
NATURAL DETENTION BASIN 1.76 ACRES, LOCATED IN MOBLEY WALK SUBDIVISION whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Mobley Walk Drive, Mobley
Walk Court and the Natural detention basin 1.76 Acres, located in Mobley Walk
Subdivision, a full description of said property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets and recommends acceptance of same.
That the Interim City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 20th day of January, 2005, conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of Mobley
Walk Drive, Mobley Walk Court and the Natural detention basin 1.76 Acres,
located in Mobley Walk Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The
Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office
of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said
deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
