A Resolution Authorizing APPROVAL OF A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ALLOW A DAYCARE CENTER AT 3898 MULBERRY

DRIVE whereas, Spirit Filled Methodist church has appropriately applied for a Special

Exception Use to allow a daycare center at the above location; and
whereas, a daycare center is permitted under the R-3 (Medium Density Residential) zoning

district.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a special exception use allowing a daycare center be granted for

the property located at 3898 Mulberry Drive.
