A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO AMERICAN WAY, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,

American Way located in Land Lot 269, 19th District; a full description of said

streets being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

street for acceptance by the City, and recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 1st day of May, 2003 conveying to Columbus,

Georgia, all of American Way, located in Land Lot 269, 19th District, be and

the same hereby accepted. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this

made a part of this resolution.
