A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF WATERHILL DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION
FIVE, WATERSTONE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of
Waterhill Drive located in Section Five, Waterstone, a full description of said
property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 3rd day of April, 2005, conveying to
Columbus, Georgia all of that portion of Waterhill Drive located in Section
Five, Waterstone, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is
hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto
attached and by this reference made a part of this resolution.
